Responsibilities

Operate and monitor machinery, load materials, perform quality inspections, and keep production flowing smoothly
Engaged in continuous improvement activities, help identify ways to work more efficiently, and support sustainability efforts through recycling, energy efficiency, and waste reduction
Operate palletizers to inspect labels, learn new skills, and train others as you grow in the role
Communicate effectively to solve problems and meet production goals
May involve forklift operation, so certification or willingness to train is a plus

Required

High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate; OR, one (1) year of experience in beverage production, manufacturing or operations
Required to be physically capable of executing any job tasks within the bottling room
Must be able to repetitively lift and uncase glass cases onto a conveyer belt
Required to work any assigned shift (day, swing, graveyard, 5x8, 4x10); required to work weekends and overtime when necessary
Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos
Basic knowledge of data entry into production/quality systems
Required to comply with company GMP policies
Skilled in writing simple correspondence
Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers
Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation
Required to be 18 years or older

Preferred

Certification or willingness to train for forklift operation
