Responsibilities
Provide functional and technical expertise for Epic Willow Inpatient (WIP), Willow Ambulatory (WAMB), and EpicCare Ambulatory (AMB)
Support the build and maintenance of Willow, Treatment/Therapy Plans, Audits related to medications/treatment/therapy plans, and updates to flowsheets and navigators
Provide configuration, testing, and optimization support for Epic Willow Inpatient (WIP), Willow Ambulatory (WAMB), and EpicCare Ambulatory (AMB)
Collaborate with clinical and technical teams during Epic upgrade cycles, ensuring continuity and performance across supported areas
Document workflows, configuration changes, and provide knowledge transfer to internal staff
Participate in regular project meetings and stakeholder updates
Provide weekly status reports to iMethods and organizational leadership as directed
Performs other related duties as required
Qualification
Required
Must be able to present Proof of Valid Epic Certification(s) upon submission
ACTIVE Epic Certification in Willow Inpatient (WIP)
ACTIVE Epic Certification in Willow Ambulatory (WAMB)
ACTIVE Epic Certification in Ambulatory (AMB)
Seven (7) or more years of Epic configuration/maintenance experience
Experience with the configuration of Epic the necessary Epic modules and components required for the assignment
Experience providing technical support to Willow and Ambulatory services
Experience providing technical support and configuration to Willow and Ambulatory for Epic upgrade
Preferred
Experience with implementation of Epic EHR in an academic healthcare and/or hospital setting
Experience with Epic Data Courier, badge or certification highly preferred
Experience working with ServiceNow environments
Experience working within an enterprise academic environment HIGHLY preferred
Previous clinical hospital experience/background preferred (e.g., CPhT, RN, LPN, CNA, etc.)
