Responsibilities
Provide customer service to clients and site personnel by following post orders, security-related procedures, and site-specific policies, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout tech office and operations areas, including exterior perimeters, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions
Monitor access points and verify authorization for employees, contractors, and visitors; manage badging, visitor logs, and deliveries in accordance with site requirements
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; contact site leadership and/or public emergency services as needed
Document patrols, incidents, and observations in written reports and electronic systems; communicate key information during shift turnovers to support continuity of operations
Qualification
Required
Security Experience ‐ 6+ Months
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
