Responsibilities
Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements. Develops and deploys localized organizational information
Executes plans for long-range facility strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives
Provides data for management review and tracks execution of the plan to communicate status to all project participants
Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources. Delivers informational or facility organizational materials
Researches and evaluates facility issues and identifies options
Provides logistics and facilitation of personnel seating and moves between buildings
Qualification
Required
Experience working closely with Facilities Operations, Purchase Orders, and/or classified work environment
Self-motivated problem-solver who is comfortable with dynamic, fast paced environments
Experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects
3+ years of experience in MS Office
3+ years of experience synthesizing information and creating a report
3+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with stakeholders
The ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship
An interim U.S. Secret Pre Start and final U.S. Secret clearance Post Start is required
Preferred
Active Secret Security Clearance or higher is preferred
Bachelors' Degree or higher
3+ years of experience working as a Facilities Project Management Specialist utilizing standard project management tools demonstrating requirements development, planning, and execution
Ability to apply systems thinking to understand inter-relationships of business decisions
