This role involves supporting Microsoft Windows platforms, troubleshooting networking infrastructure, and ensuring exceptional customer service while collaborating with executive leadership.

Responsibilities
Provide support for Microsoft Windows platforms (Windows 7, Windows 10) across desktop and server environments
Troubleshoot and maintain networking infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and corporate enterprise domain systems
Administer and support Microsoft Active Directory, Outlook/Messaging, and Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Assist with Zoom conferencing and collaboration tools
Perform troubleshooting for mobile operating systems (iOS/Android)
Support virtualization technologies with basic knowledge of Citrix, VMware, VDI, and related platforms
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring ownership and accountability throughout the resolution process
Collaborate with executive leadership, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibly accommodate occasional 24x7 shifts to support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) or other critical business-impacting events
Qualification
Required
Solid experience with Microsoft Windows desktop and server operating systems
Strong understanding of enterprise networking and domain infrastructure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools
Basic conceptual knowledge of virtualization technologies
Ability to troubleshoot mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on problem ownership and resolution
Team-oriented, collaborative, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Exceptional soft skills for engaging with senior leadership
