Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement POMS MES recipes to support manufacturing operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and enhance system performance
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations and quality standards
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MES applications
Provide training and support to end-users to maximize system efficiency

Required

Proven experience with POMS MES in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of production processes and regulatory requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience with other MES platforms and integration with ERP systems
Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and other relevant industry standards
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required
