3+ years of experience in Application, and Production support and on call handling 24/7 applications and Infrastructure
Extensive experience working in a cloud environment
Experience in programming languages, be able to understand coding
Experience in monitoring and alerting using CloudWatch preferable
Experience working with ServiceNow
Experience in building and deploying CI/CD pipelines
