Responsibilities
Assist the MSA in maintaining data integrity, ensuring system functionality, and improving user proficiency to optimize maintenance and asset management operations
Support the development and analysis of standard (boilerplate) and customized reports for management review and decision-making
Perform equipment and asset data updates, including data import/export, and conduct regular audits to ensure the accuracy and completeness of asset records
Assist in the scheduling and distribution of Preventive Maintenance (PM) work orders to ensure timely and efficient execution
Advise management on data reporting requirements and help define metrics necessary to evaluate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Contribute to the development and implementation of a strategic training plan for both new and existing system users
Support the creation of strategic and efficient inspection plans to enhance operational readiness and improve customer service outcomes
Identify, analyze, and review equipment maintenance issues in coordination with MSA management and recommend improvements to the maintenance management program to strengthen facility operations
Meet regularly with MSA and senior management to strategize best practices and review, refine, and update tasks, workflows, processes, and procedures
Act as a liaison between management and software developers for system updates, enhancements, troubleshooting, and optimization
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with maintenance management or asset management systems
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and spreadsheets
Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement
Preferred
Prior experience in facilities management, asset management, or maintenance operations
Familiarity with CMMS / EAM software platforms
Training or certification in process improvement or data analytics is a plus
