A high-performing remote team focused on KPIs and accountability
Pricing and revenue strategy implementation using PriceLabs
Daily operations across Guesty, Furnished Finder, Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com
Qualification
Required
5+ years of STR/MTR operations experience
Proven track record scaling portfolios to 50–100+ properties
Hands-on experience with Guesty, PriceLabs, and Furnished Finder
A systems mindset—building, documenting, and optimizing processes is your passion
Experience leading remote teams or virtual assistants
