The role involves driving the end-to-end design process, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and advocating for user needs to create intuitive experiences for millions of users.

Responsibilities
Drive the end‑to‑end design process across discovery, concepting, interaction design, and visual design
Partner closely with PMs, Engineers, UX Researchers, and cross‑functional stakeholders to define product strategy and translate insights into actionable design solutions
Create artifacts such as user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction patterns, and high‑fidelity designs
Use a structured, process‑driven approach to problem‑solving, ensuring clear rationale behind design decisions
Contribute to and evolve design systems, interaction patterns, and UX standards
Conduct and participate in design critiques, using feedback to improve outcomes
Advocate for user needs throughout the product development lifecycle
Present designs and strategy to leadership with clarity and storytelling
For senior candidates: mentor junior designers and provide thought leadership around design methodologies and best practices
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Product/UX/UI Design or related fields
Strong portfolio showcasing a process‑driven approach—problem framing, exploration, iteration, validation, and polished final outcomes
Proficiency with Figma and associated collaboration tools
Experience designing for responsive web and/or native mobile
5–7+ years experience delivering end‑to‑end product design at scale
Demonstrated experience leading complex initiatives with cross‑functional partners
Ability to drive strategy, influence roadmaps, and mentor team members
Portfolio showing strong systems thinking, interaction design, and measurable product impact
Preferred
Experience working with large‑scale consumer or enterprise platforms
Familiarity with user research techniques and usability testing
Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
Experience working in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments
Comfortable with rapid prototyping and iterative experimentation
