Responsibilities

Develop and implement a robust sales strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and values
Drive revenue growth by identifying new markets, channels, and revenue opportunities
Forecasting & Sales Planning: Oversee and manage the sales forecasting process, ensuring data-driven projections and alignment with organizational goals. Work closely with the Finance team to set accurate revenue targets and provide regular, reliable forecasting updates to inform strategic decisions
Leadership & Team Development: Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing sales team. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high achievement. Mentor and develop team members, building future sales leaders
Revenue & Growth Targets: Own revenue and profitability targets, monitoring performance metrics and KPIs to ensure the team meets or exceeds expectations. Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive consistent growth
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure seamless customer experience, effective lead generation, and strategic alignment across departments
Customer Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with key accounts, partners, and stakeholders, acting as an advocate for customer needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
Sales Operations: Oversee sales operations to ensure the scalability and efficiency of the sales process. Implement best practices, tools, and technology to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and maximize the team’s effectiveness
Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments. Use insights to refine the sales strategy and enhance the company’s competitive positioning

Required

10+ years of sales experience with a track record of successful leadership in a high-growth SaaS or technology-driven company
5+ years in a sales leadership role, ideally as a Director or higher
Proven experience scaling and leading sales teams, with a focus on B2B sales
Strong background in strategic planning, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to drive growth in complex, competitive markets
Proficient in Salesforce CRM software and sales automation tools
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders
