Client Success Specialist - Bi-Lingual (Spanish)

They are seeking a Bilingual (Spanish) Client Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service to clients, providing support through various communication channels and facilitating training sessions for onboarding.
Investment Management
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding service via phone, email, and live chat; document interactions accurately in CRM
Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases when needed
Process new contracts and conduct training sessions for successful onboarding
Navigate multiple internal systems and maintain accurate records
Work closely with internal teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call center, etc.)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools
Preferred
Bilingual (English + Spanish)
Bachelor's degree
Dedicated private workspace
Reliable internet (90 Mbps download / 15 Mbps upload minimum)
