Responsibilities
Sizing loans and providing competitive and achievable soft /preliminary quotes for multiple capital sources
Manage transactions end‑to‑end—from application through closing—ensuring timelines, deliverables, and milestones are met
Assists with due diligence, data input, information collection efforts
Track and manage all transaction activity, maintaining accuracy and momentum throughout the process
Completes market research through third party information sources
Act as a key internal partner, helping drive efficiency and consistency across deal execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
3+ years' experience working with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac loan products
Prior commercial real estate experience required
Highly detail oriented with strong organizational/project-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong time management skills with a proven respect for deadlines
Driven, innovative, team player who is focused on results and strives to deliver a superior work product
Ability to size Fannie and Freddie loans across all product types to fit clients' needs
Ability to communicate strategically and effectively with Clients
Advanced familiarity with alternative capital providers in multifamily space
Strong written and oral communication skills
Possess a strong interest to make processes more efficient
Self-motivated
Ability to multitask
Exceptional analytical skills
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
