Training Coordinator III
Responsibilities
Serves as the primary administrator of the training program on the Learning Management System (LMS)
Coordinates training administrative duties including, but not limited to, enrollment, course activation, the scheduling of training facilities, tracking appeals, entering information into the participant learning records, printing and distributing certificates of completion, etc
Assists with data reporting and analytics through the use of basic assessment tools (i.e., surveys, pre/post training evaluations, and evaluates learning performance, etc.)
Participates in development, coordination and distribution of training program feedback and communications
Acts as central communication point by responding to inquiries submitted through the e-mailbox and/or voicemail
Identifies and acts upon abandoned training and prepare reminders for completion
Updates user guides, FAQ's and intranet as necessary
Qualification
Required
Typically, a minimum two years related experience
Associate's degree or equivalent, plus additional coursework in business administration, training and development, etc
