ServiceNow Project Manager
Medasource is supporting one of the largest national health systems with their ServiceNow instance alignment due to a recent acquisition. The ServiceNow Project Manager will lead project lifecycle activities, manage stakeholder engagement, and drive process improvements to enhance the overall operations of the shared ServiceNow instance.
Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Management: Lead full project lifecycle for ServiceNow instance alignment. Develop plans, timelines, and budgets. Identify and mitigate risks. Facilitate meetings and manage documentation
ServiceNow Expertise: Serve as an SME for ServiceNow. Translate business needs into ServiceNow configurations. Guide design, configuration, testing, and deployment. Oversee data conversion. Navigate shared ServiceNow instances and/or complex integrations
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with end-users, Directors, VPs, and C-suites. Communicate project status clearly. Facilitate consensus and act as a trusted advisor, understanding and addressing resourcing challenges
Process Improvement: Analyze current processes for optimization using ServiceNow. Drive change management and support user adoption
Vendor Management: Manage relationships with various partners to ensure project deliverables and quality
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong relationships with executives. Professional, adaptable, and proactive, especially in complex integration scenarios
Qualification
Required
5+ years of deep ServiceNow experience in a healthcare setting
2+ years of working with ServiceNow ancillary applications such as Riskonnect, PolicyTech, Cornerstone, various Learning Management Systems, and others
3+ years of experience in ITSM, ITOM, ITBM & Vendor Management modules
Strong experience in processes: Incident, MI, Problem, Change, Service Request, Knowledge, APM, Time Tracking, CMDB (Asset and Config)
Excellent communication and interpersonable skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in IT, business, healthcare administration, engineering, and/or related field preferred
