Responsibilities

Develop lead generation skills through researching and utilizing tools such as Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo
Learn the full sales cycle through hands on experience prospecting for customers, cold calling or emailing, negotiating prices and following up throughout the process for status updates or changes
Navigate the CRM to input customers and potentially revive dormant accounts
Prepare purchase orders to be sent to suppliers and additional Smith teams – could delete
Collaborate with additional departments such as procurement and operations to negotiate prices, close deals, track shipments, etc
