Business Development Representative

Responsibilities

Monitor industry trends and customer drivers; collaborate with stakeholders to refine strategies
Manage the proposal process, including RFP responses, content creation, and coordination
Identify and engage decision-makers; generate and nurture leads
Support deal structuring, pricing, and negotiation
Conduct research to inform new investment projects and enhance service delivery
Maintain and utilize CRM (Pipedrive) for lead generation
Oversee and optimize marketing initiatives, including analytics and automation
Report on key marketing metrics and coordinate promotional events

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, marketing, sales, or a related field, preferably in property or association management
Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
Experience with social media, email marketing, SEO, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics
Strong understanding of graphic design and UI best practices
Proven ability to plan, manage resources, and deliver effective presentations
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. The majority of work is seated with occasional standing and walking
Primarily indoors; may require evening or weekend meetings
