Keeler Motor Car Company is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Service Advisor to join their service team. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for service clients, building long-term relationships, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely repairs.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for service clients from check-in through vehicle delivery
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service
Clearly explain recommended maintenance and repairs in a consultative, transparent manner
Coordinate with technicians and service leadership to ensure accurate and timely repairs
Utilize CDK and CRM tools to manage repair orders, updates, and follow-up
Qualification
Required
Strong customer service skills
Automotive knowledge
Excellent organizational abilities
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Self-motivated with a customer-first mindset
Valid driver's license
Experience with CDK is a plus
Preferred
Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive service, luxury retail, or customer-facing environments
