Executive Personal Assistant
Tiger Recruitment is assisting a high net worth family in their search for an Executive Personal Assistant. The role involves managing complex schedules, handling administrative tasks, and providing personal and household support for the family.
Responsibilities
Manage multiple calendars — business meetings, personal commitments, family events
Prioritize and reschedule appointments dynamically
Anticipate conflicts and plan ahead
Act as the first point of contact — screening calls, messages, and visitors
Draft, edit, and send correspondence on the principal’s behalf
Represent the principal professionally in communications with executives, clients, and staff
Prepare presentations and reports
Handle confidential documents and sensitive business or family information
Coordinate with home office
Book complex itineraries (multi-city business trips, private charters, hotels, visas)
Oversee household operations
Run personal errands: gift procurement, family scheduling, medical appointments
Coordinate with the estate manager or house manager
Qualification
Required
MUST HAVE SUPPORTED A HIGH LEVEL LEGAL PROFESSIONAL
around 4-5 years' experience
Discretion & confidentiality
Exceptional organizational & multitasking skills
Great communication skills
Tech proficiency (Google Workspace, Excel, travel platforms)
Good judgment under pressure
Positive, service-oriented attitude
