Responsibilities
Develop and manage a portfolio of customers across manufacturing, fabrication, construction, and related industries
Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research
Provide customers with product recommendations, pricing, and technical support related to aluminum alloys, grades, and applications
Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and sales presentations
Maintain strong relationships with purchasing teams, engineers, and production managers
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, purchasing) to ensure accurate order fulfillment and on‑time delivery
Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance metrics using CRM tools
Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
Represent professionally at customer visits, trade events, and industry functions
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of experience in industrial sales, metals distribution, manufacturing, or related fields
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
Ability to understand customer technical needs and translate them into solutions
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable managing a sales territory
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
Preferred
Knowledge of aluminum alloys, metal products, or industrial materials preferred
