Responsibilities
Partner with compliance to manage the compliance check process for all new ISOs, ensuring required documentation and background checks are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Oversee the contract management process, including the distribution, collection, and filing of all partner agreements
Facilitate IDV (Identity Verification) processes to verify partner banking information and ensure secure transactions
Establish an initial relationship and cadence with welcome emails, follow-up reminders, and key onboarding milestones
Maintain comprehensive reporting to track the progress of each partner’s onboarding process in order to streamline the process and overall experience
Maintain a high-level understanding and ability to articulate Forward's product offerings and processes
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in an administrative role
1+ year in customer facing role
Proficient in grasping and articulating business processes and operations
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Strong task management and administrative skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Proficient in using Gmail, Salesforce, Hubspot (a plus)
