The role involves managing logistics for high-volume commercial jobs, ensuring billing accuracy, and coaching a specialized truck team to deliver exceptional service to business clients.

Responsibilities

Hire, train, and coach a dedicated commercial crew to handle large-volume jobs, tight access sites, and high-expectation B2B clients

Oversee daily routing and job site management, solving real-time logistical challenges (loading docks, elevators, safety protocols)

Own the accuracy of the billing cycle. You will ensure job notes, photos, and surcharges are documented correctly to reduce invoice disputes and days sales outstanding (DSO)

Ensure every commercial client receives consistent service. You will handle escalations, manage site access issues, and validate safety compliance

Partner with the dedicated commercial sales executive to ensure estimates match operational reality and attend walkthroughs for complex projects

Required

Background in logistics, waste management, construction, facility services, or fleet operations

Proven ability to manage field crews, enforce safety standards, and drive performance

You are systems-oriented and can enforce workflows (SOPs) to ensure billing and service consistency

Strong ability to coordinate between field teams, dispatch, and corporate B2B clients
