Create and execute a long-term technology roadmap that aligns with the company’s growth and future needs
Act as the primary link between technology and the business, identifying pain points and solving real-world problems through technical innovation
Foster a culture of teamwork and open communication across both the development and infrastructure departments
Challenge the team to excel by providing direct feedback and mentoring the next generation of technical talent. Cultivate an environment where people can do their best work
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success building healthy culture, developing leaders, and improving team execution
10+ years in software engineering development and leadership with a proven track record
Through understanding of the full stack on application development
Practical understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud operations
Experience modernizing custom applications with the latest technology
Excellent communication and business alignment skills; able to translate between business and engineering
