Serving as a legal advocate

Filing motions
Conducting depositions
Appearing in court
Providing strategic counsel and personalized legal services based on the unique needs of each client
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Family Law, including understanding of legal family matters and legal issues
Strong skills in preparing and filing Motions and other legal documents
Experience conducting Depositions and representing clients during legal proceedings
Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-oriented approach
Active license to practice law in the state of Arizona
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Ability to effectively manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks within deadlines
