Office Assistant

Construction
Responsibilities
Check in with Account Mangers at the beginning and end of shift
Maintain effective relationships with customers via phone and email in a professional manner
Ensure work is billable and prepare administrative backup required to pre-bill and bill
Monitor systems for follow up actions and flag issues requiring management's attention
Report and provide analytics required to keep service level agreements
Other duties may be assigned as business needs require
Qualification
Required
Experience in providing a high level of customer service required
Strong problem-solving and organization skills
Ability to identify and resolve questions independently
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to follow through to completion of any problem
Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
Handle multiple tasks and work under time constraints
Preferred
Experience with software development preferred
1-3 years of experience in a web based, Windows environment background is a plus
