Responsibilities
Perform laboratory testing of new Transfusion Medicine products
Design and execute experiments, analyze data, and document results
Support investigations for nonconformances and customer complaints
Assist in improving reagent manufacturing processes and test methods
Prepare technical reports and present findings to cross-functional teams
Follow Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and comply with GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
1–2 years of relevant lab experience (entry-level considered)
Familiar with laboratory instruments (experience with Abbott Instruments is a plus)
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Preferred
Knowledge of GLP, GMP, ISO, and FDA regulations preferred
