Responsibilities
You will support our planning and economic development team with general planning services to our municipal clients
Specific work tasks include:
Data analysis and collection
The review of land use applications
Preparation of staff reports
Plan and ordinance writing
Code/zoning enforcement
Community engagement
Other duties related to planning and economic development
Qualification
Required
recently completed, or be nearing completion of, a degree in urban studies, planning or similar field
eager to learn and able to work independently with minimal supervision
possess a valid driver's license along with a clean driving record
ability to work in a variety of locations
Preferred
experience working in a municipal setting
