Responsibilities

Continuously monitor market shifts and align client strategies with internal company objectives
Create and foster strong, professional relationships with the assigned client, always striving for mutually beneficial outcomes
Collaborate with internal departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure top-quality materials and comprehensive customer satisfaction
Drive category growth within designated categories (233, 234, 232), focusing on capturing floorplans and expanding footages to supermax stores
Support the process to ensure that the strategy is adherent to the local reality. Design and implement a plan to achieve assigned footage growth objectives
Conduct regular visits to all routes, rotating throughout the month and ensuring stores are serviced to industry standards. Provide thorough documentation, including reports and visual evidence, via email communication for follow-up and review
Analyzing data to anticipate changes and improvements and plan commercial dynamics. Design and implement a key account growth plan sufficient to ensure assigned objectives
Maintain contact with operational staff, to ensure optimal satisfaction of key account needs and ensure the quality of services provided
