Proven success implementing compliance in regulated environments (CJIS, HIPAA, FedRAMP High)
Strong understanding of Zero Trust architecture, Conditional Access, and Entra ID governance
Experience supporting AI governance or responsible AI initiatives in enterprise settings
Proficiency with Microsoft Graph API, PowerShell, and KQL for compliance automation and reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and executive audiences

Minimum of 7 years of applying specifically for Salesforce applications Enterprise Architecture principles
5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 compliance and security architecture deployment
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis
Must have one of the listed following Certifications: SC-400: Microsoft Information Protection Administrator, SC-100: Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect, MS-102: Microsoft 365 Administrator, SC-300: Identity & Access Administrator, CIPP/US or CIPP/G: Certified Information Privacy Professional, CISA: Certified Information Systems Auditor (or equivalent)
