Responsibilities
Produce client, consultant, and prospect RFPs and due diligence questionnaires across the firm's investment strategies
Partner closely with Global Consultant Relations, Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, and Product teams to gather and validate investment content
Maintain and update firm and strategy-level marketing content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance
Manage marketing data, analytics, and reporting shared with internal stakeholders and clients
Support a high-volume workflow while meeting tight deadlines and quality standards
Respond to ad hoc client, prospect, and consultant requests for information
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of experience supporting RFPs, DDQs, or client reporting within investment management, investment consulting, or financial services
Experience working in an investment-focused environment with complex financial and investment content
Hands-on experience with an RFP or content management system (Loopio preferred; Qvidian, Responsive, Seismic, RocketDocs acceptable)
Strong writing and analytical skills with the ability to distill dense investment language into clear, accurate responses
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong communication skills and comfort working with a wide range of stakeholders
