Responsibilities
Establish Program Strategy: Develop and drive program OKRs, structural frameworks, and timelines. Facilitate successful multi-year execution plans aligned with overall corporate strategy, governance, and partnership needs
Strategic Planning: Lead program strategic planning by setting objectives, prioritizing initiatives, and tracking progress in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Subject Matter Expertise: Become an internal expert on the corporate strategy, product portfolio, and pipeline processes to enable effective decision-making. Develop deep expertise in the market landscape for specific indications to shape overall program strategy
Governance: Facilitate all program governance activities
Strong Project Management : Act as the primary driver for project execution, utilizing industry-standard tools and methodologies to track deliverables, mitigate risks, and ensure precise, on-time delivery of all program components
Program Oversight: Oversee and support the execution of activities relating to one or more digital therapeutic programs
Global Support : Support and coordinate program activities across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with regional market needs and regulatory requirements
Budget Management : Manage program budget and resource needs across teams
Meeting Leadership: Organize and lead core and full-team meetings for both internal and joint programs
Key Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Product Leadership and the Head of Commercial to ensure program milestones are perfectly aligned with the product roadmap and commercialization strategy
Partner Management: Collaborate with internal teams and external co-development and commercial partners to ensure the program consistently meets or exceeds partnership expectations
Stakeholder Reporting: Communicate project status, progress, and challenges clearly to senior management and key stakeholders
Qualification
Required
7-10+ years of experience in Program Management, Business Development, or Management Consulting
Specific experience within the Life Sciences industry is required
Proven ability to onboard rapidly and contribute effectively to complex projects with minimal ramp-up time
Bachelor's Degree required
Preferred
Master's Degree is a plus
