They are seeking a Chief of Staff to act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, drive execution of company-wide priorities, and improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive leadership team
Drive execution of company-wide priorities, OKRs, and cross-functional initiatives
Improve operational cadence through planning, reporting, and decision-making frameworks
Prepare executive-level materials, board decks, and investor communications
Coordinate across engineering, operations, finance, and commercial teams to unblock execution
Lead special projects related to growth, organizational design, and internal processes
Serve as a force multiplier, ensuring clarity, accountability, and follow-through
Qualification
Required
Experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, operations, or consulting role
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
Proven ability to operate in high-growth, ambiguous environments
Comfortable interfacing with senior executives, boards, and external stakeholders
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
MBA or equivalent experience preferred
