Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive data product strategy, vision, and roadmap that aligns with business goals and strategic initiatives
Lead the identification, prioritization, and definition of data products that drive business value
Oversee the agile delivery of data products, ensuring timely releases and continuous improvement
Monitor and ensure that delivered data products meet expected business outcomes
Enable actionable insights through reporting and business intelligence to support enterprise-wide data-driven decisions
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in product management or leadership roles focused on data products, reporting, and analytics
Strong strategic thinking and ability to align data initiatives with business objectives
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams including business, technology, and external partners
Expertise in agile methodologies and product delivery
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Passion for driving innovation through data and analytics
