Responsibilities
Explore scientific datasets to assess gaps, enrichment opportunities, and AI readiness
Partner with scientists to define and refine AI/ML-driven use cases
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and design transformation workflows
Document scientific processes using workflow diagrams, AS-IS / TO-BE models, and ontologies
Provide scientific feedback on AI/ML model outputs
Deliver technical demos and support adoption of data & AI tools
Proactively recommend experiments, data strategies, and optimization opportunities
Qualification
Required
MS or PhD with 8–10+ years in life sciences
Deep domain expertise in Analytical Development and/or Synthetic Route Optimization
Proven experience translating scientific workflows into data/AI solutions
Strong background in EDA, scientific data transformation, and workflow optimization
Experience working cross-functionally with scientists, engineers, and product teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Consulting or customer-facing experience is a plus
