TikTok Shop Strategist
OddDuck Marketing Group is one of the fastest-growing social commerce agencies, seeking a TikTok Shop Strategist to lead strategy and execution across multiple DTC brands. The role involves managing client accounts, ensuring campaign success, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client goals.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day success across 6-10 TikTok Shop client accounts
Run the paid media strategy for those brands on GMV Max
Coordinate reporting, strategy, and execution across ads, affiliate, and Shop workflows (managing a team of 2 others)
Hold team members accountable to deadlines, SOPs, and quality standards
Deliver proactive, insight-driven updates via Slack, email, and client calls
Identify and resolve quality or performance issues early
Play a light role in creative and affiliate campaign planning
Ensure internal processes are followed
Qualification
Required
1–4 years of experience in agencies, growth marketing, or operations
Managed multiple clients or cross-functional projects at once
Understand key performance metrics (ROAS, CPA)
Communicate clearly, think strategically, and move quickly
Can lead a team, not just manage a to-do list
