Contract Administrator
Oline Construction is seeking a detail-driven Contract Administrator / Project Administrator to support their project teams by managing contracts, compliance, and critical project documentation. This role is essential for keeping projects organized and compliant from startup through closeout, ensuring efficient operations throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Administer owner contracts, subcontracts, and purchase agreements
Coordinate contract review, execution, and change documentation
Manage subcontractor onboarding and compliance (insurance, bonds, OCIP/CCIP, lien waivers)
Maintain organized project files, document control, and distribution logs
Support billing, pay applications, and cost documentation
Assist project teams with schedules, submittals, procurement, and deliveries
Support field teams with documentation, inspections, punch lists, and closeout
Maintain audit-ready records in CMiC, Textura, and document management systems
Administer contracts and documentation workflows
Enforce compliance and record-keeping standards
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Business, Legal Studies, or related field
3+ years experience in contract and/or project administration
Strong understanding of construction contracts and subcontract administration
Highly organized with excellent communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems
Preferred
CMiC and/or Textura experience
