Skanska is searching for a motivated IT Field Services Regional Manager to join their dynamic team. The role involves providing leadership and support for corporate offices and job sites, ensuring high employee performance, and managing IT infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

Provide support for corporate offices, mobilization and support of jobsites
Provide leadership and Human Resource management for Field Services staff in the assigned region
Assess, mentor, and coach assigned direct reports
Ensure the highest-level employee performance based on organizational goals, processes, and procedures
Learn the needs of customers and users as related to infrastructure and jobsite services
Engage the different IT functional teams when appropriate
Act as a point of escalation within the IT Organization
Work closely with staff to review and finalize specifications and project plans for various infrastructure and jobsite projects
Provide on-time and on-budget performance for job mobilizations and the assigned corporate budget
Develop and support continual process improvement for the broader Field Service organization
Provide work prioritization, scheduling, and a level of technical understanding sufficient to ensure Skanska employs the best technology for our sites and offices
Travel up to 50% of the time through the region to support relationship building and service delivery

Required

5+ years of employee management/project management experience
3+ years of technical support experience in a PC/Networking Environment
3+ years of experience writing reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
3+ years of experience completing performance assessments and talent evaluations and developing career roadmaps
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or 8 years equivalent experience plus a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience

Preferred

Experience with budget management
Construction-related industry experience
