Responsibilities
Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis across Windows 11, Azure Virtual Desktop, Office applications, iOS devices, and third-party software
Act as SME for SCCM, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop, including design, deployment, configuration, and optimization
Develop and maintain automated workflows for OS deployment, patching, application packaging, and updates
Create, manage, and deploy Windows OS images, applications, drivers, and AVD environments
Manage Group Policy and Group Policy Preferences in Windows and Office 365 environments
Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to enforce endpoint security standards and policies
Develop PowerShell scripts to automate endpoint management and diagnostics
Maintain documentation and provide knowledge transfer to support teams
Escalate and resolve vendor-related hardware and software issues
Qualification
Required
8+ years of endpoint engineering experience
Expert-level Windows 11, SCCM, Intune, and Azure Virtual Desktop experience
Strong PowerShell scripting skills
Experience with Microsoft Defender and endpoint security tools
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
certifications a plus
