Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Central Billing Office and Physician Billing Office ensuring accurate and efficient processing of claims, payments, and collections
Develop, implement and streamline revenue cycle processes
Lead, train, and supervise staff to maintain high performance standards
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and payer-specific regulations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or medical billing leadership
Strong understanding of medical coding, insurance claims processing, and payer requirements
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Analytical mindset, exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
Knowledge of compliance standards such as HIPAA and other relevant regulations
Effective communication skills for collaboration across departments and with external payers
Ability to adapt to evolving technology systems within the billing environment
