Responsibilities
Will lead or support projects supporting the clinical and regulatory roadmap activities, including but not limited to:
Support the Nucleus Program and connect the dots between Clinical Operations Systems, Nucleus workstreams and will support in Communications and Change Management throughout program execution
Creator of Business Communications and Materials
Support OU SMEs and consult with business stakeholders to understand and evaluate current business processes and identify complex business problems and needs to prioritize use cases
Create and support the creation of processes, gbets, training and other tools
Provides technical expertise
Provide User Experience input
Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations on process creation and materials
Provide End user support as needed
Support and/or work with project teams, disciplines, or functions within Medtronic as needed, including leading SOCs, exchanging information of facts, statuses, ideas and issues to achieve objective, and influence decision-making
Provide guidance, coaching and training to other employees within job area
Own and manage SOPs and Process documents and trainings as needed
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience supporting Technical Projects or Clinical Research experience with a High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, or Business
Advanced understanding of the clinical research lifecycle, with experience in medical device and/or pharmaceutical data management
Expertise in clinical database systems and data management processes, tools, and procedures
In-depth knowledge of Siebel CTMS (all roles) and Veeva Document Management systems
Ability to translate business needs and impact into technical language
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Project, Excel, Word), including expert-level PowerPoint and slide design
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Effective time and task management; ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with time tracking systems for specific tasks
Collaborative team player who works well with colleagues and business partners
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to identify and drive process improvements, influencing decision-making
