Responsibilities
Strong hands-on experience with Workday Core HCM and Talent Acquisition (TA)
Working knowledge of Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, Learning, and People Analytics
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into Workday configurations
Ability to work closely with HR and business stakeholders
Experience supporting Workday enhancements, testing, and production issues
Experience working on integrations with external systems (Oracle Fusion, Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow, Salesforce, etc)
Qualification
