Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with team members through all phases of project planning, execution and closeout to ensure high-end residential and commercial projects are on schedule while ensuring quality, budget, safety, and customer expectations are met
Prepare RFIs, Requests for Pricing, Change Orders, Purchase Order Requests, and Submittals
Troubleshoot and resolve any problems that may arise
Ensure all deadlines are met
Communicate with customers in a clear and professional manner
Qualification
Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to problem-solve, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
Ability to anticipate project needs and potential problems
Ability to oversee and manage a high volume of projects
Ability to adapt to changes in schedule, team, and logistics
General understanding of blueprints/drawings, and customer specifications
Ability to work well with people in a number of positions, from architects and high-end homeowners to subcontractors and field installers
Mastery of Microsoft Office application suite, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word
A valid driver's license is mandatory as the position requires traveling to jobsites throughout the US
Ability to commute to Columbia, PA 17512 (Required)
Ability to relocate to Columbia, PA 17512 before starting work (Required)
Preferred
A minimum of 1 year experience with scheduling and construction contracting is preferred
