Responsibilities
Ensure safety for oneself and all employees regardless of who their direct report is
Oversee, train, and assist staff working on tasks
Set a good example
Establish clear expectations and goals
Communicate to supervisor/manager any areas of concern as they arise
Maintain established workplace rules, policies, and procedures
Must be able to work on foot for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift 35lbs or more
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned which may include working in any aspects of Operations or other departments
Qualification
Required
Professional, dependable, and reliable with a strong work ethic and organizational skills
Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from all sources
Must be able to perform a job from oral or written instructions
Must have the ability to maintain composure to control emotions under stress using tact, good judgment, and the ability to work with others as a team
Experience in leadership, coaching, and mentoring with a proven track record of success is required
Must be able to work on foot for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift 35lbs or more
Must be able to tolerate a moderate-to-high noise level in a warehouse environment
Must be able to work in extreme (hot or cold) weather conditions
Must be available to work 1st or 2nd shift as needed based on production schedule demands as production schedules and shifts may change depending on workload
Preferred
Bilingual (Spanish & English) verbal communication skills a plus
