Responsibilities
Support and help run complex commercial litigation matters, including trademark/copyright, trade secrets, antitrust, and class actions
Draft motions, briefs, demand letters, and other high-impact litigation filings
Take and defend depositions, or prepare outlines and witnesses for key testimony
Manage discovery across all phases, including written discovery and expert coordination
Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and other stakeholders
Collaborate closely with small teams in a fast-paced, strategic litigation environment
Qualification
Required
3–4 years of experience in complex commercial litigation
Exposure to high-stakes matters involving IP, trade secrets, antitrust, or class actions
Strong academic credentials from a top law school
Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Positive, energetic attitude and dedication to high-performance work in a boutique setting
Comfortable operating in lean teams with early responsibility
Preferred
Federal or state supreme court clerkship strongly preferred
