Senior Manager, Site Engagement Lead

Responsibilities
Drive site engagement strategies across assigned programs or studies, delivering a seamless and coordinated experience for study sites in their interactions with CSL
Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key institutions, investigators, and partner sites to position CSL as a preferred sponsor
Identify and onboard new strategic sites aligned with CSL’s pipeline and country-specific priorities
Analyze and share site intelligence - turn data into actionable insights that inform feasibility, site selection, and recruitment strategies
Evaluate and enhance site satisfaction, using feedback to continuously improve engagement approaches and operational processes
Provide deep market and clinical insights into standards of care, patient pathways, healthcare systems, and regional regulatory landscapes
Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Trial Management, Clinical Development, Site Management, Feasibility & Start-up, Medical Affairs, and other internal teams to optimize study execution and strengthen CSL’s reputation among HCPs
Qualification
Required
8+ years of relevant clinical research or related experience (e.g., Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, or MSL roles)
At least 2 years of international Clinical Trial Management experience within a sponsor or CRO environment
Proven ability to analyze complex data, extract key insights, and present them compellingly to senior stakeholders (proficiency in powerpoint and excel is required; skills in powerBI, smartsheet or similar is a plus)
Creative & strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving ability - comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced, global environment
Willingness to travel (up to 30%, regional and international)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life science, nursing, pharmacy, medical laboratory technology, or other health/medical related area preferred
Other degrees and certifications considered if commensurate with related clinical research experience
