Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain operational data across internal systems
Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Assist with preparing routine operational reports and summaries
Organize and maintain digital files, logs, and operational records
Support operations teams with data requests and documentation needs
Track workflow updates and record status changes as needed
Follow established procedures for data handling and documentation
Communicate discrepancies or missing information to supervisors
Assist with process improvement by identifying data trends or issues
Maintain confidentiality of company and operational information
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
Basic experience with data entry, administrative support, or operations support
Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Word)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow written procedures and guidelines
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Reliable internet connection and workspace (for remote or hybrid roles)
Preferred
Basic understanding of operational workflows is a plus
