Kern Community College District is seeking a Sales and Marketing Instructor to provide training in their Sales and Marketing Training program. The role requires strong knowledge of consultative selling, pipeline management, and CRM software, along with the ability to establish good working relationships with various individuals and organizations.

Responsibilities

Train sales/business development professionals in the Sales and Marketing Training program
Utilize knowledge of consultative selling, pipeline management, and CRM software
Meet schedules and timelines
Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Travel as required
Establish good working relationships with a variety of individuals and organizations and facilitate inter-organizational cooperation
Learn College and District organization and applicable operations, policies, and procedures
Utilize internet research, computer word processing, electronic mail, and spreadsheet programs
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing

Required

Five years of related industry experience is required
Strong knowledge of consultative selling, pipeline management and CRM software is desired
Ability to meet schedules and timelines

Ability to establish good working relationships with a variety of individuals and organizations and facilitate inter-organizational cooperation
Ability to learn College and District organization and applicable operations, policies, and procedures
Ability to utilize internet research, computer word processing, electronic mail, and spreadsheet programs
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred
Prior experience in Sales Management is a plus
