Responsibilities
Provide proactive support to one or more C-suite executives (CEO, CFO, CHRO)
Coordinate global travel for conferences, leadership meetings, town halls, offsites, and plant visits
Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison with Board members, customers, suppliers, and senior leadership
Prepare executive presentations, Board materials, reports, and briefing documents
Lead planning and execution of large-scale company conferences and executive events
Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of experience supporting senior executives at the C-suite level in global organizations
Proven success in manufacturing, industrial, or operations-driven environments, including matrixed organizations
Expertise managing multi-time-zone calendars, global meetings, and international travel logistics
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Outstanding communication skills, executive presence, and ability to partner with senior stakeholders
Preferred
Board of Directors and executive committee support
Private Equity-backed company experience
Bachelor's degree
