US Commercial Energy is a Columbus-based commercial energy broker looking for self-motivated individuals to join their team as Commercial Sales Representatives. The role involves B2B sales, focusing on prospecting, lead generation, client education, and closing deals to help businesses secure cost-effective energy solutions.

Responsibilities
B2B Prospecting: You’ll be meeting face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to offer energy solutions that meet their unique needs
Lead Generation: Through field sales, networking, and referrals, you’ll develop a pipeline of potential clients
Client Education: Learn to explain how energy markets work and how businesses can reduce costs by securing better rates and terms for their electricity and natural gas contracts
Closing Deals: This is a sales job-expect to make lots of contacts, handle rejection, and continuously refine your approach as you work toward closing deals and securing new business
Qualification
Required
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation for meeting clients
A growth mindset, positive attitude, and the ability to persist in the face of rejection
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with business owners and key decision-makers
A desire to challenge yourself and excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
