They are seeking a Junior Finance Consultant to participate in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management for global clients, focusing on accounting modules and optimizing business processes.

Responsibilities
Participate in implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) for global clients with emphasis on accounting modules
Analyze, document, and optimize customer business processes
Perform fit/gap analyses and support solution design activities
Develop functional specifications for required system modifications
Support testing cycles, troubleshoot issues, and assist with system configurations
Deliver end-user training and provide go-live support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, project management, and customer stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree: Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
Foundational understanding of core business processes (R2R, P2P, O2C)
Basic knowledge of ERP systems and their business value
Interest in developing functional and consulting expertise within Microsoft Dynamics 365
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly
Internship or professional experience in consulting, accounting, finance, or a related area
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or SAP is a plus
Strong analytical, communication, and customer-service skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Willingness to travel (25%–50%), including internationally
